Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care to ensure your decals arrive safely and meet your expectations. Here’s how we handle delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Delivery

Processing time

  • All decals are custom made to order
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days (large orders may take longer)
  • During busy periods, dispatch might take longer – if so, we’ll keep you informed

UK delivery

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail (tracked delivery)
  • Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide where postal services are available
  • International delivery usually takes 5-14 working days, depending on the destination
  • Delivery times vary by country
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions in their country

Lost or delayed orders

If your parcel has not arrived after a reasonable period, please contact us – we will investigate with Royal Mail and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.

We are not liable for postal or courier delays beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs checks, weather disruptions).

2. Returns

As our decals are made to order, returns are generally only accepted if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of ordering your item
  2. Provide your order number and (if possible) a photo showing the issue
  3. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference

We may ask you to return the faulty item before issuing a replacement or refund. Return postage costs will be reimbursed for confirmed faults or errors on our part.

Incorrect orders

If we send the wrong decal or size, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Change of mind

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations simply for a change of mind, incorrect selection, or colour variation due to screen differences. 

Please double-check your order before committing to purchase.

3. Refunds

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be:

  • processed within 7 working days
  • credited back to your original payment method

 

If your refund seems delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first – processing times vary between institutions.

4. Exchanges

If a product is faulty and you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we’ll be happy to provide one at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

5. Packaging & return instructions

When returning items:

  • please pack them securely to prevent damage in transit
  • include your order number and reason for return inside the package

 

We recommend using a tracked postal service for proof of delivery.

Returns should be sent to the address we provide after you contact us.
