These Terms govern your use of the Classic Reproduction Decals website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

1. Products
- Our decals are high-quality reproductions designed to resemble original designs. They are not genuine manufacturer products.
- Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Delivery
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
- Custom-made decals cannot be returned unless defective.
- We do not accept returns for decals damaged during fitting (see our fitting guide).
5. Liability
- Fitting decals is at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage to motorcycles, paintwork, or surfaces caused by application or removal of decals.
- We make no warranty as to the legality of using replica decals on road vehicles. It is your responsibility to check local laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs offered are reproduction decals.
- Classic Reproduction Decals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any motorcycle manufacturer.
- Use of decals that replicate trademarked logos or designs may be restricted by law. You are responsible for ensuring compliance before use.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
